FYI this isn't approved, it only had second reading last month.

Also we generally don't use 'Approved' for project status, until it's under construction it is proposed.

well that looks cool. im a fan of it.

reminds me a bit of that original proposal in vancouver with all the red brick, curves, etc. i think thats been changed though.

May be workable.
The floorplates are squared off except for balconies with Butterfly-like precast panels.
I like them better than Oakridge's fungi balconies.

But it's just concrete prefab panels which I doubt you can value down much from those renderings.
