This one's not under construction yet, so should probably be in the proposals section.

Yes sorry about that, I thought it was, but they were just building a sales centre on the property.

I wouldn't be surprised to see this one get built even though the prices are supposedly high.

Just an FYI. SSP generally considers a building u/c once digging is done and foundation work has started. There are a few Calgary projects (ie, Fuse, Glenmore Gardens, The River) in the proposal section that have been excavating for some time, but still haven't started foundation work.

That area needs a couple of towers in the 40+ story range!

The taller tower is actually 24 floors. I typed it in incorrectly, and you can't edit a new thread title.

VIP Sales

Pre sales have been going on for about a month now. Has anyone taken a look at this condo? Thoughts?

The location is good. I don't know what the price points are, but have heard that they are lower than what was originally proposed.

The pricing will determine what the thoughts are. It's a good location and nice looking towers. If priced right, the project will do just fine.

I dislike how they silhouette the existing Riverwest twins. There are going to be some pissed-off owners trading in their river views for a view of somebody's bedroom.

One of the Calgary foumers dropped by the sales centre, and apparently a 570 sq ft unit, goes for 360k.

Looks like they really reduced the prices. Last time I checked this out they were planning on offering larger sq ft units in the million + range, unless I'm thinking about a different project.

We had heard that the prices were quite high for this one initially but that they had since dropped the prices.

It's easy to forget about stuff in this city. So much stuff going on.

The trucks were pulling into site just as I was passing by.
