I may be a little weird for this, but imagine how this building is going to look when movies are shot in Philly and they take those panoramic shots of the skyline...its gonna look awesome!

Core is taller than the 1818 Market building - Beneficial - which is 500 feet. Looking at the summers posted pic - looks nearly parallel with City Hall - give or take. She will be at 600ft soon.

Looks huge from here too --

For those of you who have not seen it, the move "Creed" did the Philly skyline proud, particularly with the looming Comcast. It made me think of this new tower, and how it will join the skyline.

When "Creed" is available on iTunes, I will rent it.
It's not everyday that we get to see the Philadelphia skyline grow like NY does!
This is a great time to be a skyscraper fan!!

There was a movie long ago from Tom Hanks called "Philadelphia".

Back on topic, I must plan a visit to Philadelphia next spring.
You've got a new observation deck atop of 1 Liberty Place now and hopefully, I may be able to sample a Philadelphia pretzel and stop by South Street for a cheesesteak.
