I'm so sorry for you that Toronto has more tall buildings under construction than other Canadian cities do...

silly post.

You want this thread to be more inclusive? Get off your boat. Get yourself several billion dollars. Start building tall buildings around Canada. Hay River needs a buddy.

Was so jealous of Edmonton and Calgary because they have/had "real office" towers under construction for the past few years.

Now, I'm not as jealous as before.

W/S yes, I know, not yet. But in a couple of weeks once the site prep is done the heavy equipment will make an appearance.

Why not just compliment what's happening in and around the Ice District instead of turning it into a Toronto thing?

BTW, What the fuck do you consider Bay Adelaide East, 100 Adelaide and, One York?

Edmonton never had big office U/C recently, certainly nothing to rival Toronto...

The CoE Tower and Enbridge Place are "real" office towers. I don't know their stats but, I can see a few of the older towers having similar specs. Stantec is 100% mixed use.

Yes, those are big office towers, especially to an old Kitchener guy... but they are both smaller then the "small" Toronto Office towers you mentioned...

Huh?

I'm talking big office towers, like 250 meters or go home, bitch!

Those towers are small time, good thing Bay Park is coming to clear house.

Yeah, the shorter tower. The main tower for the complex is 265, and is leased. Just can't start right now because there is a bus station on the lot.
