NEW YORK CITY: Manhattan through the lens of Glowrock!

As promised, here are a set of daytime photos from my recent day-trip to New York City, courtesy of ColDayMan, Hayward, volguus zildrohar, and Lecom. Hope you enjoy looking at them as much as I enjoyed taking them! Aaron (Glowrock) -------------------------------------------------------- A tree grows in Brooklyn Can you spot Lecom? Obnoxious bastard and his skyscrapers! Gotta love the stolen logo! Tetris Building? World Trade Center site: Our friend volguus in his natural surroundings...

Flatirons Building

Sex Museum... You and me baby, we ain't nothing but mammals. So let's do it like they do on the Discovery Channel. Stereotypical Manhattan streetscene! ColDayMan and Hayward in Rockefeller Center Peeking into the sky

Can someone please do me a favor and let me know if the photos are showing up correctly? I'm having some strange internet problems right now that are messing with things such as formatting, [IMG] placers and the like... Thanks!

Good! (and thanks!) Glad this thread got posted okay, I was getting some really screwy problems when I was posting it, though!

Thanks for the very kind words, all of you! It's always nice to see my photos being appreciated, even if they're not even close to the quality of some of my fellow SSPers. Perhaps that may change soon, at least on the technical side, once I finally pick up a new DSLR, which I plan on doing in the next couple of weeks. Still kinda shocks me to see what kind of photos I can get off my Panasonix Lumix!

Jive, I actually got picked up by ColDayMan and Hayward outside of Pittsburgh, so Chris was doing the driving for the length of the Baltimore/Philly/NYC trip... So no, we didn't all meet in NY.

Incredible. Wow, you managed you capture a huge number of buildings and areas I've never seen before and I love it. Great stuff. NY is the king of architecture in the US.
