Victoria, BC, Canada | Photos of downtown from atop a new condo tower | June 2011

A topping out ceremony for a new downtown condo gave way to some fun photo ops from the roof of the building's 14th floor.

These photos were taken on June 10, 2011.

Luckily we had a break from the rain for the photo shoot. Seems like this past winter has been one of the wettest/cloudiest in a long time. La Nina, perhaps? But all that rain means the foliage is very lush for this time of year. Usually by June most lawns are yellow and a lot of smaller trees/shrubs are not as vibrant in colour as they are in these photos (there are water restrictions here in the summer).

Anyhow, some of you may not know this, but SSP is HQ'd in Victoria
