So, the link below takes you to a page from about a year ago to see what's been accomplished in the past year. Appears to be a floor about every 3 weeks.

Thanks as always, for the visual, CDYXE! I'm not sure what to think, again. Very little visual progress in another gone-by month. Half a floor of insulation board-wall and some more balcony beginnings. Do these guys make me feel any better, at least on build quality? :

Not sure if you're serious. Did you read the About Us page on their website?

Yufeng Wang - Founder & Chairman of the Board, P.Eng, PhD
Yufeng is the president of Set Mechanical Corporation, and also the CEO and President of Baydo Development Corporation. As the driving force behind Baydo Development Corporation, Yufeng Wang brings over 14 years of experience as a professional engineer in structural engineering

Xiaofeng Wang - Founder & CEO, M.Sc.
Xiaofeng Wang, a Mechanical Engineer in training nearing P.Eng certification, serves as Director and CEO at SetMechanical Corporation.

BTW, Xiaofeng Wang is also CEO of WOW Electrical, another Baydo-owned firm. Take a look at their website - it may look familiar:
https://wowelectrical.ca/about-us/

I find it pretty interesting that SET Mechanical and WOW Electrical both list Baydo Tower as one of their projects. My understanding is that they have Pro-Western Mechanical and W.H. Hunter Electric on the project. In fact, I think that Hunter's sign is still up on the site fence. Hadn't heard of Baydo buying those firms, but who knows?

I was hoping you would fill in some details, Crisis. Thanks. (I could've left out the 'at least' part of my comment;>)

Walked along the Meewasin Trail and captured these photos! Downtown seemed alive, lots of people are out and about, which was nice to see haha.

Monthly construction update. Photos taken on 04/11/24 and 04/12/24 respectively.

Thanks CDYXE! I see progress! They've had a pretty good month, I think, by Baydo standards.
Those perspectives I haven't seen in a while, and I agree about the life DT. I enjoy walking around and seeing people out and about. I'm not sure it'll ever get as busy as the 1960s, which is ironic, but at least there's life on the land!

Blends right in. Looks like these were built around the same time as all the other building in the immediate area. Missed opportunity. I don't even need to see the finished product. Ugly. that said, nice extra heft to the skyline. trying to find the silver lining here.

Maybe they think the tiny windows are mid-century modern. LOL
