We're a small market team. We have little to lure players with besides good fans and a winning tradition. When we win, it's because we played together and played hard. If/when we get a championship, it won't be because we bought one, it will be because we fought for one and beat the odds.

Well said.

At least the Jazz won last night when they beat Orlando. I really hope the Jazz can beat LA on Saturday.

Me too. And if D-will plays the way he did last night, it'll happen.

There you go Projects. The Jazz may have their ups and downs, but they handed it to the Lakers tonight. And Wes Mathews held Kobe to 7-24 shooting. Of course, the reason will be that once again, Kobe is nobly playing through injury. Whatever. He sucked. And I loved it.

The Nuggets were down by 17 points to the Suns and 7 minutes later the Nuggets lead by 1 and went on to win.

I love the throwback Jazz uniforms and can't stand their current ones.

I had tickets to this game and went on a date instead.

I should have gone to the game.

Even I had to hand it to them that they did much better then I first thought. Going 3-1 this week when they had to play the Orlando, Spurs and the Lakers twice isn't bad at all.
Even if they keep winning I still feel that the slow start to this season is going to come back and bite them later on and that I don't think they will ever catch up and pass Denver if Denver keeps winning.

God Damn it Jazz. Nice to see these guys let yet another one go. Oh Sure they can beat Orland or Lakers or Spurs, but yet they lose to the T-wolfs....not once but twice this season. This is what I'm talking about people with these guys.

Yea It was a pretty disapointing loss last night. We will really see where the jazz are on this East Coast swing. I still have faith, they will have a breakout run. Its gonna be Utah and Denva battling for the title since Portland is hurting right now.

That would be hard for Utah IMHO Mello is going to most likely be the Leagues MVP this Season! And all the hard work and minimum 32 pts per game he is a man on a mission! And that mission is bringing Denver a CHAMPIONSHIP!!!!!

Denver was close last year, but the Lakers proved to be a little too strong, but our bench this Season and the Starters like Nene and KMart are really stepping up thier game too.

GO NUGGETS!

Don't say that bro, next thing you know this thread will be locked down! LOL
Although it does kinda seem like an identity crisis logo. First off there is no relation to Jazz Music in Utah what so ever! It's a transplant team from New Orleans. How that happened? Or better yet why it happened? I couldn't tell ya. But the Nuggets Originated from right here in the Mile High City.

Oh did I mention that the Nuggets beat the Spazz last night in Utah? And a few key players on Nuggets bench were not even playing!!!

It happened because they moved the team from New Orleans to Utah Why? Because they were bought my Larry Miller who lived in Utah. I don't mind the name, just the logo / identity. Regardless if the Nuggets originiated in Denver, you can't be happy with that name And the Jazz look is similar to the Nuggets, though it was the Nuggets who changed theirs to reflect what the Jazz looked like, including the blue colors. I don't like the Nuggets look either - seems an odd mix. Though adding in some navy blue this year helped.

You guys should go back to this:

I bet they wish they were Denver after that embarrassing beat down they gave the Jazz the other night here in Salt Lake.

Not so much. Denver went navy blue in 93/94 and to powder blue in 2003/04. The jazz weren't in blue until 2004/05

Nuggets 1993/94 - 2003/04

Logo and Uniforms

The nuggets went from navy blue to powder blue in 2003/04 - one year prior to the Jazz changing

Nuggets 2003/04 - present

Jazz 1984/85 - 1995/1996

Logo until 1995/96 and uniforms

Jazz 1996/97 - 2004/05

Logo and uniforms

Jazz 2004/05 - present

I like the Nuggets uniforms before 93' the one's in the 80's! Those were cool and before the rainbow/colors was/were considered a gay thing.
