Entering the building was easy since the door was left open. On the last floor (the technical room that is) there were drawn indications to the roof terrace but the doors were locked. However just before going back to the elevator we saw a door leading to a dark room with a ladder to the 2nd mechanical floor where the outside door was unlocked!
