Fireside or Sunset Ridge Cochrane Alberta

I need help!
Can someone provide me some background about these communities please. I'm in the process of moving but can't decide which one. How's the steep hill (Cowboy Trail) during winter? Is the resale value better in Sunset than Fireside?

Big plus to Fireside you don't have to cross the river every day if you're just going to Calgary for work. Can be a big hassle at certain times of the day there. Or get down to 1A and deal with that intersection. And that alone is enough to make the decision for me.
