This is such a prominent location from entering/exiting downtown at the east side. Will be very much in view from the 5th Ave and 4th Ave flyovers.

The pedestrian walkway that is directly adjacent to the tower in the above rendering is already about half completed.

When will the second tower go up? Is there a DP? They're both nice looking buildings.

It's under construction, but projects usually aren't moved into that thread until there is concrete being poured, or concrete work being done at the very bottom level.

Sometimes projects that are just shoring end up in the construction section, but most of the time they don't until there is a crane, or crane base.
