Seeing as Old Oak just bought the land from Rygar and they have other projects on the go as well, I think it's pretty encouraging to see they are hiring people to work on this project. We know they are reputable and they actually build things, so I'm guessing we will see cranes some day - which is a lot better than what we thought would happen with Rygar.

Excavator moving around dirt this morning. Of note it appears the lawyers have moved out of the house on Dufferin Ave. Wonder if they will just knock it down or spend alot of time and money rigging something up to incorporate it into the 29 storey tower podium?

One of Rygar's renders showed that house being incorporated into the structure. Page 4 of the link below. Does anybody know if approval was given to knock the whole structure on Dufferin down? It's designated heritage.

Concrete median barriers installed along Talbot and Dufferin curbs. Likely for construction fencing setup.

There’s definitely some work going on at the site. I saw materials and people on the building site today.

I noticed two pile drivers on the site this morning.

Better get digging soon if you want to do some work this winter. Not sure how many underground levels there are however.

So we have 2 threads going for this project now. I respectfully suggest we either get them combined or one forgotten about or it's going to get confusing. The title of this thread is out of date too.

That is why a new thread was started as this one is defunct in so many ways.

Nice photo by the way please add to the Centro thread.
