I take it you mean near the Rideau river? (Billings Bridge area). Otherwise I don't see how Bank St. near the Ottawa river relates to Parc Ave. To be honest I don't see much similarities between the stretch of Bank St. near Billings Bridge and Parc Avenue either. The only thing they seem to have in common at a first glance is the proximity to natural elements and the presence of a few highrises.
