I also posted this over in the Tempe Projects thread:

Here are a couple of pics I took this afternoon from the north side of the lake looking towards Marina Heights and HFL. All 5 tower cranes are up now.

You can also see the tower crane for the addition to The Hub/University House through the gap at the north end of SDS.

The tallest is going to be just over 300ft, right? Or is it just under 300ft?

These are great pictures, nice job getting all of the tower cranes in one shot.

Thanks!

The tallest of the buildings is supposed to be right around 253'.

I haven't seen any official announcements but that seems about right. The CTBUH height calculator estimates that a 17 floor office building would be about 266' tall:

Here's what Phoenix looks like during a haboob. This was Friday at about 6 pm (and it wasn't even that strong of a haboob).

Progress being made on all 5 buildings.

Building on the right is topped out at 9 floors. I believe the middle building has 4 more floors to go to top out at 17. There are two more buildings that haven't gone vertical yet (far right and far left) for a total of 5 buildings.

The middle building is topped out and the east building has the State Farm sign at the top.
