I didn't go the the foodcourt- this was eg at the Rogers store and shops on floors 1 and 2.
And if you want to see packed- try the Core on a winter weekday between say 12 and 2.

Winter weekday at lunch was not my comment, and nor was it yours. The food court was just a measurement indicator. I went up and down all floors (in fact parked underground, so started on ground) and into the neighboring buildings also on Saturday. For it being two weeks before Christmas, it was absolutely dead. I cannot imagine how you could have seen it packed on the same day.

Fair enough. Again, my observation was a Saturday two weekends before Christmas and with free underground heated parking. Perhaps I was being too optimistic expecting more than a few dozen people!
