Very nice and thoughtfully designed! This fringe project better than some of the stuff I've seen proposed in Yorkville as of late.

The Entertainment District is turning into a place for Toronto Adults, instead of 905 kids.

I think the demographic is still pretty young but yeah the 905 kids are going to have to find a new neighbourhood to smash bottles over each others heads.

King West.

Bottles are so 1950's, these kids on the King West strip prefer 9 mm and Berettas.

It looks a bit harsh/sterile now but it should look great once the windows are installed.

I can't believe some members prefer window-wall to precast.

Midrises like this and B Street Condos are what are really improving the urban fabric of the city.
