Wow, that is shitty. My main issue is that the center bay is somehow occupied by two windows when it should be
three windows, like the upper reaches of 500 Fifth Ave. It doesn't even reflect anything meaningful in the floorplans - there's a bathroom partition falling there in the middle, but they could just as easily shift the partition 18 inches for a window. Pure laziness.
It's not the look of precast, it's the way it was designed. I do believe that precast can come pretty close to the look of Art Deco, Indiana limestone. Lagrange just totally
fails at designing the facades.
