Many thanks man. I've been too lazy to walk over to the other construction sites around town with the exception of those in spitting distance of Dundas Square.

I like how the developer of Pure Spirit opted for spandrel with thin black mullions. Gives a sharper look than the Concord/Tridle standard.

Apparently 300 Front Street received a minor height increase from 156 to 157.9 metres.

City Centre (Office) in Calgary has started demolition of existing buildings on site, and construction is expected to start in May:

City Centre I - 161.5m - 36 floors
