^^^ For today, OK. Does tomorrow also count? 10, 120 and 222 S. Riverside (Tishman work) are all open along the River below the plaza level. The exhaust fumes are not walled in like they will be at River Point. Or, should we pray for a strong north wind to clean out the "tunnel?"

This ventilation and noise issue is one reason I think River Point should have maintained an upper level plaza only, with a generous, low-slope ramp down to the Riverbend esplanade.

Of course, none of this will form a usable thoroughfare for pedestrians or cyclists until the City rebuilds the riverwalk by Fulton House and the A
Weese river homes.
