The framing isn't finished, because the construction hoist was in the way. As it goes down, framing will go up. There's a slight protrusion of the floor plates all the way down that side already.

Not sure if this is new news but I just received an update to the timeline:
- The hoist will be down entirely by the end of next month (Feb)
- 99% of exterior work will be complete by April
- Contstruction will wrap up entirely over the next few months and Comcast will start moving into offices over the Summer
- Hotel will open in September

^ Thanks for the details. I promised my kids an overnight stay at the new hotel, which was originally supposed to open after Easter sometime. A few more months to save...

View of the Spine

They have been adding pieces to the spine on the western side. I have a pretty good angle to capture it.

Were finally getting a clear look at how the blade material will look. I love it! Like rectangular shard of glass!

Hey TK2001 I like that photo!
Maybe it shouldn't come as a surprise but I like how much it looks just like the rendering.

When I was taking the photo, I looked at this render

to get **the same exact** position as the render photograph, and I got it!

Probably not realistic, but I'd love to see the above-ground rail obscured between Walnut and JFK some day. Like building a tunnel structure to encase it and landscape the top with steps and connections down to the river trail.
