С 2003 начато строительство дома в 8 этажей + 2 мансарды, однако в 2005 году суд решил убрать последний этаж, чтобы дом не был выше оперного театра. Недавно вроде бы опять разрешили добавить этаж.

Veneered limestone on precast concrete panel, which counts as maybe even better than real in my book as it is much more stable and less likely to crack over time.

Peter Pennoyer is probably Robert A.M. Stern's most prominent disciple. It would be interesting to see what he could do with a major commission like an apartment building. I think those townhouses have original classic facades though. He might have designed one new townhouse from scratch, but I can't find a picture of it.
