LOL I thought you were talking about Houston.

I was wondering the very same thing after seeing these projects. Is every wealthy person in the Middle East going to live there? Or maybe im over estimating how much a condo in one of these towers would cost.



EDIT: I just found out a 1 bedroom in the new Infinity is going for about $270,000... that's actually pretty reasonable, I wonder what the Association dues are though.

Yeah. . . about 7 years ago you could get a 2 bedroom 2 bath in a new high-rise for what you'd pay for a studio/convertable in downtown Chicago. . . prices went through the roof by 2008 and seem to have come back down to affordable - if not cheap - rates. . .

How big are the units usually in these towers? 900sq ft for a 1 bedroom?
