I suppose it's possible. That Perk's location (along with the entire Perk's chain) closed down, and the kiosk has been dismantled.

They've started excavating the floor in that area. Now, it would seem virtually certain that at least one direction, perhaps both, of the replacement escalator will indeed be going in the former Perk's location.
