Saint Paul hasn't built anything new over 7 stories since...? And other than some early RFP responses, there aren't any serious proposals either. Rochester has more midrise development recently completed and in the pipeline than Saint Paul, by a long shot.
Ryan Companies' plan for the Ford site in St Paul has been released - 3800 units on a 122 acre site. There are no high rises but that is going to be a lot of midrises.
