Good to hear - I actually wouldn't be surprised to see it advertised in a number of Asia Pacific countries with a number of millionaires looking to buy some prime property in the US.

The article also states that 34% of the real estate transactions since 2011 in Chicago come from Asia Pacific investors. I'm sure that has to do with $$ more than number of buildings.

Sounds about right. Though I still think that Case will probably move their heavy rigs from the Bennett Park site over here. I assume Case is the only contractor who can get this size job done.
