That lighting is like all of hong kong in one skyscraper. Not the biggest fan, hopefully they tone it down a bit after the testing.

The lighting is absolutely fascinating - I get a kick out of what lighting effects are applied to the Helmsley Building . . . though this takes it to another atmosphere.

Incredible update. Was everyone expecting this lighting scheme? It doubled the Vegas feel of Shanghai as a whole, seemingly overnight.
