I agree this is not globe trekker material. maybe a stop for a road trip but i would not fly to see this specific town by itself but it looks okay for a tiny town. have yet to feel the charm you are talking about. how about showing some pictures of people there or maybe some food from this festival that you speak of. stop showing the shell and crack this egg open.

Two of the last three photos I just posted show part of the more than eighty thousand spectators attending the 2010 USA Cycling Professional Road Race Championship in downtown Greenville. Look back through the many photos I have posted and you will see plenty of people and a glimpse into life in this beautiful little city.

It's definitely a vibrant little city, though I couldn't have told you where it was before doing some research.
