Quite imposing for something that's only 138m. Looks like 200.

Indeed. And I there are still another 12-13 more floors to go according to my count.

^Wow "les beautés" indeed! Not only does the Marriott look good but rene-Levesque also looks good for once. I am drooling at the thought of how much nicer (or imposing) this will look once the Point Zero and the CHUM are up.

This building might have the nicest glass cladding in the whole city! It is a shame about the balconies though.

^What a breath of fresh air! Until I saw this picture I never realized how "old" this part of the city looks like. Might as well be the mid 80's!

Pardon me for the shitty quality of this one, the skies were shite and my telephoto lend has yet to arrive. But here is our beloved V as seen from St-Henri. You can barely make out the crane at the right of le 1250.

I counted 36 floors today. Unless we're wrong on the 44 floors, 8 more stories it is.

It is looking fantastic! What a nice breath of fresh air that deep colour of blue is! The cladding is really nice. I just wish that the curved part had no balconies...

The extra 8 floors and the 138 m. height seem to make sense judging from the shot from the Delta's revolving restaurant by Martin MTL. 8 stories represents approx. 25 meters for that building and the Hydro building is 110 m and the East tower of Complexe Desjardins is 130 metres. Right now the 36 stories appear to be in the 110-115 range.
