LMAO, no. 300-500 employees do not occupy 500,000 square feet of office space.

I see Dale finally got his text alerts to work so he can respond immediately when I post, good work.

And no, there will not be another Oklahoma City office tower for another 30 years (just using historical trends) but I do find it humorous that Okies think Devon is building an office building that gives each employee an amount of space similar to a small condo. Keep in mind that trends are toward a more open office environment where employees get less space, but even the mail room clerk at Devon gets their own office.

Just a little FYI for the Okies, Devon was trying to sublease over 400,000 square feet of office space it had in 2 and 3 Allen Center in Houston. This 500,000 square feet of office space they 'occupied' is very misleading.
