I wish I could do that, this place sucks hours out of every day. But anytime I leave I feel like I'm missing out on so much. I really learn a lot from here.

Tim's image is blue collar low brow but I have no qualms about going there. I drink Kicking Horse at home go to a nice cafe for entertainment but if I'm just looking for a coffee to go/on the road Tims fills that need perfectly.

Don't tell me! At least in my case I can semi-justify the time spent on SSP by the fact it's definitely helped me improve my ESL skills...

Odds are 1/6.

I defied the odds!

Also it sucks how cold drinks don't get the promotion. With the warm weather here, iced coffees / cappuccinos are popular now.

I haven't been keeping an exact count but I've got to be around 15 or so by now and I've only managed potato wedges once, which is almost worse than losing.

I don't know if Tim's has really ramped up the prize ratio for this special bonus Canada 150 edition roll up the rim, but I have now won in 4 out of my last 5 visits... and no potato wedge booby prizes either. That probably equals what I've previously won in the last 2 years.

Why does this promo only apply to hot beverages in the summer? Put my ice coffee in a regular cup I don't care

The best part of a Rim Whoreton's flash-frozen, factory-made, thawed-at-the-store donut is the hole.

I'll be a tad more excited for the regular Roll up thing....this one feels like a limp expression to the 150th celebrations. I have my "won" donut with me now....I don't even want it at this point....blegh

Haven't seen any evidence of Roll up the Rim here??? Maybe they're excluding Thunder Bay?

It's also a great spot to go to the washroom on long trips. I've driven in some desolate areas where Tim Hortons is the only washroom along the way.
