Seriously, you won't find much sympathy for your concerns on this forum. Most here would prefer to see the Exchange used for more than vehicle storage and as a commuter shortcut to the suburbs. Adding more on-street parking in the area is a positive step for those who live, work and play in the area.
Also, consider for a minute that your personal interest in shaving a few minutes of your commute time might be different from the interests of others who are effected positively by this change. Perhaps condo owners on Waterfront would be happy to see less commuter traffic on their street? Perhaps business owners and condo owners on Bannatyne are pleased to have more parking for customers and visitors? Shoppers, diners, tourists, etc. will likely appreciate the additional on-street parking.

I've noticed that you certainly love exaggerating every single point you have, I'm gonna try it also. First of all I said 12 vehicles, not 12 people. (I personally carpool with 3 others). So taking a page from your book it was actually 48 people affected with a 6 minute delay. That was only during a 10 minute stretch of an hour, so let's say that happens every 10 minutes for the full 2 hours of 'rush hour'.
48 x 6 = 288 minutes x 12 = 3,456 = Nearly 58 hours of total time wasted. IN 1 DAY. All so we can have 6 extra empty parking spots.. Worth it!

I can speak for at least 4 people that work in the area, it's been an extremely negative step so far.
