Hey awesome pics Innov8!!!! Looking good!!

It looks like they are taking their sweet time w/ the fire proofing though. Maybe that will speed up once all the steel is raised. Can't wait to see the emerald blue glass go in!!!!

Oh and I REALLY REALLY hope the restaurant deal on top of the building gets done!! That is what Sacramento is missing -- a place to eat w/ a view of the city that is not at ground (or at muddy river) level.

Great sunset shots, innov8. The cladding looks pretty good. Kind of po-mo, but still pretty nice.

More great shots, innov8. The skyline is looking great. And as others have said, you're finding some great vantage points of it.

Me too -- a replica of the Parthenon on top of a building would have just looked dumb! LOL!! This building is going to look soooooooo much better than it would have.

The Parthenon was stupid, but the cladding pattern screams late-80's. Not much more to go.

This was taken a few days before the spire was topped off.

I took a few photos this morning as part of a larger compilation I'm putting together over the next couple of weeks.

This looks as if the U.S. Bank Building is squaring off with The Bank of the West (or 621 CM vs. 500CM).. The only problem is, 621 is actually a couple blocks further east down the Mall, so it looks shorter than 500CM...

Cool, can’t wait to see it. I’m working on one or two myself.

Well, here’s a few from my night set below.

^that last one will make for a good postcard once its completed.

thanks for the pics and updates everyone. Before I found this thread, my last memory of this project was when it had the Parthenon thing about 3 years ago. My have things changed (and gotten under way too).
