I guess it completely blocks Chancellor in those last few shots (or it's to the right)

Just went by there today, looks like they are almost finished the excavation. Also Met 1 has about 8 floors left before it is topped out.

There must still be quite a way to go with this one, as I think we are closer to 30 floors right now than the final 40 floors.

I wonder if the second tower has started construction next door?

I think it's close to topping off. I think there's about 35 floors now and 40 floors aren't all actual floors

Well, thank you guys.

Hmm, surprised if we are already close to topping out since it appears only about the same height as The Chancellor. I would think this would be slightly taller, but perhaps not.

I worked on Chancellor and am currently working on the Met, so I just checked the floor count and including the roof, Chancellor is 38 floors and the Met is 36 floors.

This is actual floor count
