Too true. Once the tower itself starts, it will undoubtedly move skyward more quickly.

Yes, I was anticipating it to grow quickly once it is past the podium.

I am still excited for this one, I am sure it will be a great addition to the skyline.

Not only is it a massive podium, but every floor plate within the podium has a slightly different shape, which will slow them down considerably.
