I'm sure everyone's dying to know - they're on the last level of the parking garage now (4 levels total) After that, they'll be flush with the street.

It looks like they're at ground level now. Should be seeing some progress above ground soon.

Ottawa's Blue Glass District. I wonder if there's some sort of ordinance?
