The height of the main tower was before stated as 167m at 39fl, but thats likely outdated by now.

Constrution is currently on hold, in january bank VTB started negotiating purchase of this project from current owners.

Great, thanks for the info!

The shorter of the three towers was in the SSP database and being completed in 2008, but I can see by that 2010 photo of the site that that completion date is incorrect. It has now been updated.

The outlines of the towers are clearly visible. Under the City is the three lines of Subway. Now will not suburb trains (
Perhaps, at this most difficult part of the foundation of the City. There's seven levels and subway tunnels.
