Love seeing all these pictures. Last time I was in NYC WTC3 was only halfway up. Off topic but will construction of WTC2 start when 3 is complete?

A tenant will decide that timetable.

you can really get a more final feel for how it will look now with the glass to the top on the northside.

The visibility in that shot is great. Can see for miles and get a clean indication of the various mini cities rising (LIC, HY). You can even see the Modern Phase II by Fort Lee.

Thats a nice biking route btw. Excellent views. 80 South is going to have a profound impact from that angle. 45 Broad too, but the magnitude is not on 80 Souths level.

From Staten Island...move tower 4 (which always seems to be in the way), and you get a better impact.

And another perspective from above...

And it's only gonna get better. I'm always looking at the skyline, trying to figure out where new towers will impact, but you never get it quite right until these things are actually built.

That's absolutely insane how Manhattan looks so close to Coney Island in those shots. It must've been taken with a really expensive camera!

^^^^^^

Always a fan of those skyscraper canyon shots, with the dense street life being shown. Chaotic, yet beautiful. Almost every avenue facing south is just as busy, if not busier if we were to just pretend we moved to the side! 4 million + souls on a daily basis crammed into less than 24 sq miles.
