Pipe Dreams.

At&t already has enough buildings in sa. Unless they want everything in one location. But who would then move in to the buildings they leave empty? There's not enough business to do that yet here. Look at it this way..when's the last time a general office buiding over 10 stories got built in sa?

Once you see random office buildings goin up then chances will go up. Right now the country as a whole is slow on building office buildings..so it won't happen probably for 10+ years.
