Nothing fancy, but still a good solid development, and having it rental tower adds some good rental stock to the core.

Fairly decent tower. Nothing spectacular, but very solid.

Just looking at this rendering again, I wonder how much of the glazing will be glass and how much will be spandrel. The rendering makes it look as if it will be all glass.

I would be willing to bet that some of what looks like transparent glass will actually be spandrel. That said, there is a decent amount of glass on this one.

Good news for this project. Construction fencing is up and workmen are on site doing digging.

Great to see another lesser known project get going pretty much out of nowhere! Same happened for the BCIMC rental tower

Glad to see drilling has commenced. It won't be long before another empty lot in the Beltlne is replaced with more density.

As Spring mentioned, 22 towers in the Beltline in the last three years is nothing short of amazing.

Work has already begun. They were already pouring concrete into a new pile.
