Great shots SolarWind. 145 South Wells is going to be nice fill in the Loop. It maxes out the lot on all sides keeping the canyons intact.

Am I correct that this is not going to have a parking component? I seem to remember they were relying on neighboring lots though I see what looks like a ramp on the left side of the pics.

^ Every building name is stupid. I’ve never referred to any place that I’ve lived by the building name (and I’ve lived in a few places with them), only the address.

It's interesting that it's half studios (160 to be exact) and they start at $1500/mo. That's super affordable for the location.

$1500 for 389 sqft is insane! My friend lived in the south loop a few blocks south of there for a couple of years and hated it, he said it was boring and there's not alot of bars or restaurants around there. We usually would go to Chinatown or Pilsen. Now he's moved to Bridgeport and it's alot cheaper, bigger, and a more interesting neighborhood.

^ The question isn't if the pricing was normal or not, it was if it was "super affordable."

There are numerous comps in the area where you can get more for less (new/ish construction included). Pricing looks pretty typical, but super affordable it is definitely not.

Yes, but if you're in marketing, you don't really have a choice. Working memory doesn't perform as well with combinations of numerical strings and street names as it does with something like "Eleven40", as prosaic and cheesy as it is. (Strength of memory is correlated with emotion, so maybe the more cringe-worthy the better.)
