Interesting project in Germany - wind turbines as part of pump storage power plant

Near Gaildorf, a small town in Baden-Württemberg an interesting wind power facility is planned, which will be really unique, if built:
it will consist of 4 turbines, each with a nacelle height of 150 metres and a rotor diametre of 136 metres, which will be with a height of 218 metres 1 metres taller than Stuttgart TV Tower and the tallest in the world.
In the lower section of these turbines a water reservoir will be installed, which will be part of a pump storage power plant. If there is a surplus of energy water is pumped in these reservoirs, which will be used by a hydroelectric plant, if power demand is larger than power generation by the wind turbines.
It would be great, if realized!
