A quickie over the 59 Freeway in TX

I took a quick walk over the 59 in Houston, it was nice outside and the sun was going down. I figured I could snap a few shots and share them, so enjoy!

Those are some cool pics Highrise Mike! If feels like I'm actually there experiencing the city. I especially liked the close-up of the two sets of powerlines.

That graffiti pisses me off to no end.

On a lighter note, does anyone know what kinda creeping vines they planted on the 59 walls? Man how those have grown since they first planted them a few years back. Certainly looks much better than a bare concrete wall.

I wish someone would fix those fiber optic lights that have never worked properly & are dangling off of the 59 bridge arches. It used to look awesome at night.

We all start somewhere, and the only way to get better is to keep doing it.

I've shot from those bridges over 59 on several occasions. In fact this reminds me a lot of a shoot I did about two years ago. You might head out a little earlier next time.

Yeah definately, I'll keep taking pictures and sharing them here! I like going on those bridges, it's a fun spot to take some snap shots.
