Interesting looking development that is going to begin construction this Fall.

Whilst many cities would love to have a bunch of highrises like this, the recent crop of proposals around the 17-24 floor range seem far too short for my liking for this area of Toronto. I would like to see more with at least 35 floors.
I'm sure some folk will disagree with me, and that's fine, this is just what my tastes would prefer.

As for this particular proposal, man is it a disjointed ugly mess.
