Looks like they hit that second setback. You can see the offset floor plate at top right.

I'm not in NYC anymore. I've attempted to change my moniker but to no avail so far. So can someone from New York please post a recent photo from a few blocks away so we can see this building from an angle that's not straight up? Thanks.
