Why not someone contact TN or "Longboat" and we'll get the most accurate figure.

A bit of work to finish up on the roof. Otherwise it looks pretty good. Not sure what the ground level looks like around the building though. Looks like it needs to be finished up still. There's some guys on ladders about half way up. Not sure what they were doing.
Pesky streetlamp in the way.

And add some Unicorns too.

I'll get the official height on Monday.

Thanks Biff, It'll be nice to get the official number.

I'm placing my (bet) estimate/approximation at:

~ 232' = ~ 71 meters ...

This should be funny when I'm off by several meters

Place your bet..

Thanks for the confirmation on the height for the Alt I estimated in the title. At least Wikipedia, Emporis etc. have an accurate measurement..

I'll change the title, when a confirmation comes in on Glasshouse Skylofts..

Glasshouse - 170,000 mm or 229.66 ft

Hopefully TRiToNDREyJA can perform some magic and make the changes to these two buildings in the Diagrams Section to accurately display them.

I can't believe I was that close. Is the podium height for alt what makes it 2.5 meters taller?

Pretty much, office space/retail is going to be calculated at a different height. Alt is even 1 floor less than glasshouse in actual floor count and still taller.

But every project is different. Glasshouse had around 1/2 dozen penthouse suites at 10'4" floor to ceiling as well as the rest at 9', 15' 5" lobby etc...

So with what the price tag is coming in to re-clad 360 Main - I wish the residents (and their Condo Corp. Board) of Glasshouse well in and around 2056..!

It'll be hilarious when in 5 years someone buys the Dayton building to build a new condo tower and all the glasshouse residents file complaints with the city that it'll block their view of the Moxie's patio.

It would block their view of everything. If the City is trying to coax people into buying downtown, it would be a pretty counterproductive move on their part to approve any such development. I can't see buying in that building without some iron-clad assurances that that won't happen.
