Their goal was/is to hit 200 by Dec of next year, and then they break ground. I am hoping that is/was their worst case scenario, as I would like to think they could sell another 60 units by summer...?

Well 60 should be doable. Let's hope they get even more by summer and then break ground in early fall.

That would be wonderful. The sooner this tower is built, the sooner we (may) see Graham emerge as a truly captivating street.

So you're saying there's a chance! Still nothing on the grocer and other office/retail tenants.

I'll ask again since I forget. What's happening with the St Regis?

I believe the last guesstimate on the property was the 5 floors of parkade, 2 floors of office space on top and some kind of retail at grade. They have to break ground on the proposal within a specified time limit or the property reverts back to CV. I believe it was 2 years from the time the property was purchased.

I imagine its demolition is not too far off, as it is part of the SkyCity development?

^Ah yes, thanks Cyro.

So something should be coming down the pipe on that one. They must be approaching year 1, if not already surpassed.

Does this eliminate the parkade that is part of SkyCity? They were proposing the parkade to be withing the podium, hidden from view along the street. Likely pushed to the north end of the project, with access from the lane possibly.

The St. Regis website is no longer active. I believe they had until 2017. Hopefully we will see demo soon.

Story is here, behind paywall. From May 27, 2015. So they still have 1.5 years.

625 stall parkade with commercial and retail.

I don't beleive this is the case from the information they've released so far.

They're currently marketing the units with discounts on parking stalls and there would be some need for them irregardless with commercial and retail space planned for the project.

Yeah I think blue is combo suites. The suites noted are side by side for the two lower levels, 35 and 37.
Looks like somebody has themselves a million dollar+ suite on the top floor

Do you suppose those 6 units have been rolled into 1? Very nice!

No demo permit yet, most likely early 2016 apparently.

SkyCity had said they were in discussions with some folks on some nice suites for the upper floors.

If you look on the website, it shows the exact suite pairs with blue dots as combos. Likely pretty pricey!

I'd rather see the St. Regis repurposed... Boutique hotel anyone? There's plenty of empty lots near SkyCity to build a new parkade.

Not entirely sure, but it seems like a top floor thing to do.

There's actually supposed to be 45 floors. So it's interesting to see that someone (theoretically) bought combo units on 44, rather than the penthouse. Could the penthouse be sold too??

this picture was posted on the skycity twitter account

just curious If those colored dot stickers on the white board each represent a unit that his been sold or already called for.

I think if you count the numbers of colored stickys on the board theres close to 150.. 150 units sold thus far isn't a bad number in my opinion

^That very chart was shown and discussed earlier in the SkyCity centre thread. Colours were explained also.
