Beautiful shots, mcminsen. You really caught the peak fall colours in George Wainborn Park. I also love your ongoing Metrotown-Mount Pleasant-South False Creek skyline telephoto series.

Thanks for sharing.

Brisk weather last Saturday made for a chance to enjoy a walk along the Stanley Park Seawall.

The cold snap had first snow fall on North Shore Mountains which has since then melted.

Nine o'clock gun.

In summer Seawall is normally packed during the weekends but it's a different world in autumn.

Coal Harbour skyline.

Stanley Park totem poles were surrounded by fall colors.

nice, today was another beautiful day.

Some pics from yesterday Oct 30, in the Fraser area around 49th. Still quite diverse, a lot of the Indian shops have moved over from 49th in recent times as Main Street has become too expensive. It was actually quite busy I just waited till there were no people in the frame as much as I could.

COVID has been ruining everything this year, but Halloween still looked fun in Vancouver's Mount Pleasant neighborhood.

Self-made candy chutes were a popular solution this year.

Streets in the Mount Pleasant look wonderful in every Autumn.

Local residents had put up a street party that I am sure was a hoot later in the night.

Beautiful fall colors.

Great Fraser St. and Mt. Pleasant pics! I walked all through Mt. Pleasant yesterday because it always really gets into the Halloween spirit. Lots of places with decorations, lots of people in costumes out and about, it's really fun. And combined with the older/some historic housing stock, it's very picturesque. The weather really was great for a Halloween on a weekend

Great pictures, Klazu! It's incredible to think that a decade and a half ago, Wall Centre was the tallest and there was nothing visually interesting at all about the dt skyline.

I think the 60s-80s office towers made for a cool skyline. Much more serious, but colourful.

Vancouver Aquarium is currently closed due to COVID-19, but it was a nice place to visit for the first time few years ago. I hope they can re-open soon again.

At the time there was a special exhibition showing marine animals in an unusual way.
