the exposed truss-work is nice.
the clunky hollow finials up top are unresolved . . .
like cheap pier-one candle lanterns . . .
thin-outlined house-shapes . .
unattractively wrapped with thick bands of metal . .
KPF's "900 N. Michigan" did crown corner-lanterns much better.
Red brick somewhere would've been cool on this one.
Construction Update: The Beekman, Financial District

I think there going to paint it black or a blackish grey. Should mask the bare concrete and make it aesthetically pleasing. If the renderings are something trust.
Same thing with the upper concrete row. Painted black/dark-grey.

Love the dark glass on this, its probably my favorite part of the design. And there is no way they're gonna leave the concrete as is, it looks nothing like the renderings.
I'm referring to the building walls left blank by virtue of their abutting the properties edge, not concrete parking lots. That said, bring on the self-driving cars!
