Wow, it looks like it's going to overtake everything in it's immdiate area soon as far as height of floorcount go.

By the way, love how you've got Shangri-la in the foreground of that pic!

To be honest Shangri-La was the first thing to catch my eye! Can't praise that beauty enough.

The most amazing thing is how it dominates and is still working on lower ground floor units.

Not to get off topic, but in that last pic, are they turning those old buildings into condos on the right? If so, thats a pretty awesome reuse of the property.

Bank of Montreal Signage is up in the base of the tower.

Another Bank Branch is coming to College Park. As if there were not enough banks in the general area of this tower.
