Hey guys,

I finally put up my photos from the summer. The first half is Kelowna, and the second half of the thread is Vancouver with some Port Moody and Pitt Meadows thrown in.

Go here to check 'em out:

@ giallo

Your Kelowna and Vancouver threads are so-o-o great !! Takes me back to childhood camping trips in the Okanagan, and astonishes me with some of the architecture in Vancouver.

I actually felt homesick just looking. One day I'll come back to live in BC, I'm sure.

This almost should go in the Historical Photography section. Taken in 2007, it is fairly out of date now.

Haha, that's hilarious. I still think it was an odd picture to put a render in.

This may have been posted recently..but it is not a new pic of the Jan 2012 snowfall. It predates the Georgia Tower and Capitol is only under construction.

Thanks for putting it so politically correct in context.

I was in Vancouver last week. Here's a shot from the Marine Building.

Zoomed-in. It would be neat the get a look up Hastings St. the other way from the condo building seen here.

Thanks for sharing the shot from the Marine building. I've never looked down West Hastings from that angle before.

Nice shot Dylan - it shows that the parcel across from Woodwards would have great views down Hastings.

^ That view of downtown is very cool - one of the few not dominated by residential towers.
